Such a treatment would require three passes in a normal plant to then be left to dry before they can be packed. Mega Overflade-Teknik's line completes this task in one pass. In addition, the items are packed immediately. So one hour after the start of production, the first boards/slats are ready to be sent to the customer.

The facility means that Mega Overflade-Teknik can handle even the largest quantities within an extremely short time, which makes the logistics very constructive and extremely attractive to the customer.

The facility also contains two units. putty machines, where specially developed and patented putty matrices can be placed. The patented putty system means that Mega Overflade-Teknik can fully putty virtually all types of moldings without removing the original wood structure.

​

Only dents, wind rips and other damage are puttyed. The puttying system is largely used for baseboards and frames.​

The plant can run all types of moldings and boards, which must be painted in - all - colours! Everything from 10 mm to 280 mm in width, 700 mm to 6,100 mm in length and from 5 mm to 75 mm in height.

The facility makes Mega Overflade-Teknik competitive with virtually everyone throughout Europe. No task is too big for this facility!​​

At Bjergevej 31B (department east), Mega Overflade-Teknik has three separate paint lines. All lines have polishing machines, spray booths and fully automatic stacking of the items.

On these lines we can paint all profile types.

​

Up to 350 mm in width and 6,500 mm in length. We paint with virtually all types of varnish, both water-based and acid-curing varnishes.
